Excited by low gluten hosts!

Upon finding that I had coeliac disease 3 years ago I was very distressed to discover that I couldn't receive communion hosts anymore at Mass due to their gluten content. It was just before Christmas and not knowing where to turn, I made my own from a recipe on the internet. Later I discovered that Ark Religious Supplies sold low gluten hosts which could be tolerated by those with my condition. I was so excited! Ordering them over the internet was easy and they arrived quickly and intact. They look (and taste) the same as other hosts and I am so grateful to Ark for this service.
