You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If payment made by Paypal this process is alot quicker.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All shipping with-in Australia has now a flat rate amount of $8.00. Regardless of the size of your order this amount stays the same. (When "Express" is chosen then these costs will be calculated on size and weight as per Australia Posts' charges.)
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. We use Australia Post and you can choose Regular or Express when checking out. Please note that those choosing Express get priority service. (If order received before 12 noon then we will strive to get it in that days mail.)
For international mail we can ship to Asia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and United Kingdom we use Australia Post and is calculated on weight and dimensions (by Australia Post) No Express offered for international orders. As we are not central to a City other courier services are not available at this time.
In all cases, if choosing to pay by Bank Deposit, the order will be processed the next Business Day, once payment can be viewed on-line NB: Orders made on weekend the payment is not visible until Tuesday (or email a copy of your on-line receipt of deposit for quicker response time).
When you place an order, please allow upto 14 days (in case we are out of stock - our online business is only 15% of our total business and "Live" stock levels not kept in this program), but more often than not, we strive to ship within 48hrs of order placed.
If an item is currently out of stock you will be notified by email and asked if you want to wait, cancel (refund on item) or choose another item. In the case of Express Orders usually a phone call is given.
