This website is provided to show the range and retail prices of our Products. If you are an existing account holder with our Warehouse you can order on line but you will receive a Warehouse Generated Invoice with purchase to be paid with-in 14 days of invoice date. Please choose the "14 Day Account Payment Option" at Checkout.

We try to keep stock availability as up to date as possible through this site but unfortunatley sometimes items sell out and we have to wait for new stock to come in from our supplier. This can be a 10-14 day process in some cases, and in some cases we are waiting for shipment from overseas which could be a couple of months! Please keep this in mind when ordering quantities of some items. If some items are not on web (either out of stock or I haven't yet put on!) then please place the item code and quantity needed under "Customer Comments" at Checkout.

We cannot always guarantee immediate dispatch. Generally speaking, if we have the majority of your order on hand we will ship out, putting the other items on backorder to be sent when available. If we know that the items will arrive within the week we will wait til those items arrive and then send in one parcel. So if items are urgent please specify on your order under "custome comments" at "check out" and we'll do the best we can! Note, if selecting Express Post at checkout you will automatically get priority service and a phone call if item/s are unavailable immediately.

Discount Policy effective: 1st September, 2010 and to all New Customers effective immediately (Pre 1st September, old policy still in place)

As we are a wholesaler and if you are buying for re-distribution then you may qualify for our wholesale discount.

For Retailers, Wholesalers, St Vincent de Paul Groups and Piety Stalls: You can order on line (preferred) or from our catalogues using email, fax or phone.

Payment Terms: Strictly 14 day from date of invoice from warehouse, (this allows for Out of Stock items and Backorders, so please take the web invoice as a GUIDE only), payment can be made by Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card

Postage costs are kept to a minimum, flat charge of $8.00 per order (no extra postage for backorders!), if required quickly then Express Post Rates from Australia Post are used. 

Schools and Parishes: May purchase using our 14 day account procedure.
